The only certainty in life

As a child, what was your dream? What are your dreams now?

You are not the only one with dreams that seem impossible, but have you looked close enough to find the secret to making them possible? It is all in your mind.

What are you scared of? What makes these dreams of yours impossible are your fears.

I was scared of writing my first blog post. I was scared of what my readers would think of me. I was scared they wouldn’t like me. I didn’t think I had it in me. What ‘it’ was I had no idea. The only ‘it’ I knew I had was the burning desire of writing my mind to show the world who I am to influence someone somewhere beautifully and to leave a legacy behind me.

I still don’t know what I’m doing and if I’m doing it right. But I know I love doing what I’m doing.

Just like you don’t really need closure to move on, you don’t need to have everything to be on the right direction to your dreams. I needed a smartphone I didn’t have at the time to install the WordPress app, I used computers at the community library instead. I needed stories, I used my own. Use what you have now to get what you want later. Or you will be waiting for the right time or the right tools or the right audience forever.

You might be looking far when everything you need is just under your nose.

The secret is that time is moving, while you are stagnant. The secret is that you can use what you have now. The secret is there is no certainty you will be alive tomorrow morning. The only certainty in life is Death. I hope your dreams don’t die along with you.
