She may look weak, soft and gentle
But her strength is drawn from the inside
The kind of strength like a tree With roots planted deep under
That even when you cut its stem off You can never destroy
It blooms, blossoms It endures seasons
Rains of tears and gailforce winds of pain
Grows from disturbance
From the bad and dirty smoke of heartache
In the morning her inspiration comes from the sun’s rays
Now who can destroy that?
It grows leaves love and carries fruits of happiness
Drops and dripples of love, she comes alive
Handled with care, she grows bigger
It gives life to her offspring to breathe
You can cut it off from the surface but it’s roots will never be destroyed

Such a lovely poem and I couldn’t agree more, when a woman is loved right nothing but beautiful things can come from her. 🙂
