If my body could talk…

If my body could talk it would tell you how tired I feel, my feet have walked miles in search of greener pastures,in pursuit of the big breakthrough. My mind has been planning and thinking and going all crazy and then back to sane.

My palms look and feel strong for their age and the fact that i’m woman, I’ve been working my ass off!

love

I need a break, no I need to work more.

I need to sit, no I need to walk a bit more,

for me, my future and my son’s

not forgetting my sister’s daughters.

If I stop in my journey to the big breakthrough I would never get to see it.

  2. This really spoke to me. I know that weariness, switching between wanting to stop and pushing ahead. The last line is the truth: we must keep going.

Lovely read! When you feel it’s not happening at your fullest potential on that day just take a break and get back to your 100% the next day. Reading this post just reminded me how being a woman can be so tough and yet so rewarding at the same time 🙂

Tired body, and soul, but a willing spirit… Keep on for your future, your son’s life and that of sister’s daughters.
